Directional acceleration achieved!

An attempt to have a ship accelerate in the direction it's facing while being able to rotate.  We want to try implementing this type of movement in a simple racing sim of sorts.  NOTE: The rotating sprite part this code is actually from https://www.lexaloffle.com/bbs/?pid=52525
